WEEKEND EXERCISE
Yesterday was much more like it. It seems like we all had a good workout day despite the temperature outside. This weekend is supposed to be even hotter, close to 100 all three days. So, stay cool and stay hydrated. Once again, you walkers/runner**** the pavement early this morning or this evening when the mercury drops a few notches. Be sure to bring a big bottle of water with you.
I'm not sure what today has in store for me. I have to head back up to Pennsylvania for the weekend as I have a few odds and ends that I left behind last weekend that I need to pick up. Also, I'm going to be picking up my son and we'll be spending the weekend at my sister's. Luckily, she does have a swimming pool. I am still on two softball teams back in PA and I'd like to finish out those seasons as I'm big on committments. One of my teams starts playoffs Sunday night, so I'll probably stay up there until Monday morning. I will try to get in some type of exercise either today or tomorrow. I'm a Monday to Friday guys, but if I miss a day during the week, I like to make up for it on Saturday.
What's on your agenda for the day?

"No matter how hard life may get, no matter how many curveballs you are thrown, keep in mind, if you want to succeed - QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION"!!!
Since I am going to a concert tonight, other than the walking around the venue, I will not be anything too strenuos today. I have things planned both Sat. and Sun. afternoons. So my plan is to hit the gym early on both of those days. I may try to see if I can build up a little more time on the eliptical in addition to my usual routine.
Andy Hope you have a nice weekend with your son!! Enjoy the pool if you can!! As, for me I am tired of this orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure when standing) taking a toll on my life in the way of excericse. So after I take the medication that gives me a few hours relief from it,I am going to gym I joined two months ago for the first time! I am so looking forward to it. I need to start moving both mentally and physically. Thanks for the encouragement. Will let you all know how I make out.

Yesterday I rode at the gym - the Expresso Fitness bike for 58 minutes - 13.5 miles. Yesterday we went to the NCR trail (highly recommend this, Andy) and went tubing. I have always wanted to do this but thought I was too fat. I'm glad I didn't do this 60 lbs. ago !!!! This morning I lifted to 30 minutes and did ellipitcal for 40 minutes.
