10 Month Check-Up & Tootin' My Own Horn!!!!!!!!!
I had my 10 month checkup today. My weight is down to 177. I have moved from Super Morbidly Obese down through Morbidly Obese & Obese to simply Overweight. Who'd of thought "overweight" would be a great place to be?
Mentally & physically I'm pretty much on a high and I just had to share.
Today, I LOVE EVERYONE.
Tomorrow may be a different story. So, take it while you can get it.On my way ...

I am so proud of you!! You are so close to your goal. Wow!!! Ism't it wonderful to just be at overweight? That is where I am right now since my doctor only wanted me to lose up to 154 only but I want to lose 4 more pounds. He says once I get the excess skin removed I should be at the normal bmi. Hopefully around 140.....
Take care and keep up the awesome work. I can't wait to see updated pics. I checked and there isn't any recent. So girl come on post some new ones. CONGRATULATIONS!
