3 things for THURSDAY
Good morning everyone...Today I am thankful for:
1) Being 1 lb away from 80 lbs gone forever. YIPPEE!!!!! Makes me wonder everytime I carry something heavy in the house how the heck I carried the extra weight on my body 24/7.
2) 3 days until we drive down to NC to get my son...can not wait to see my other son and daughter too....(looking forward to seeing the beach again too...lol)
3) I thank my BF for being so supportive of me through this whole process. If it wasn't for his support and love, who knows where I would be right now.
P.S. 4) only one more day till the weekend....woooo hoooo

You are doing a wonderful job! Here are my three things.
1. I finally saw the scale drop. I've officially lost 70 lbs so far. The last five took a month because of poor choices. I've exercised every day this week and plan on going every day. I am also watching what I eat and making sure I push the protein hard. My aim is 150 grams.
2. Sleep. Thank god for sleep. It helps me recoup from what I did the day before. My hubby keeps trying to wake me up when he gets home late which is annoying. I really wanna kick his butt!
3. Determination. I am determined to push myself from now on to do the best I can do. so far today I've done great with my food and I already did a little bit of exercise this morning and plan on going swimming tonight.

Today I am grateful for:
1.) Not getting on the scale today, it is a start! No more scale for awhile.
2.) My little girls smile today, She is so excited about her up coming weekend with her Aunt.
3.) One more day and this week is over, come on weekend get here!
4.) I am grateful to the great friends I have at the pool and the cool volleyball game last night. What fun that was.

My 3 are
1) My wonderful husband........loosing a daycare kid was a big financial drop in our pockets but we keep our head up and thankful I still have the one. We always make it through hard times and he is my rock
2) Having just one daycare kid.......his mom got us a nanny pass to the pool and we just love it. Plus I get some sun which i now love not being sooo big
3) seeing people I havnt seen since I first had surgery. At the pool today I saw some moms who came into the gym that I worked at in the babysitting room part time and they were amazed and said how good I looked and that made my day
