Ok....last night for the Carroll County Support Group was my very first time in a restaurant since my surgery. I must say I think I did pretty well.

so here goes

b - oatmeal
l - refried beans, salsa, cheese and crackers
d - turkey on top of a salad (but ate about 1/3 of it all)

all my vits and most of my liquids.

B- 1/4 of an egg and cheese bagel
S - 1/3 bag of peanuts
L - 2 small meatballs
D- 1/4 cup chicken salad / 1/2 pc cheese / 6 saltines
S - SF creamsicle
Total of 735 calories

Yesterday:

All my fluids and vits.

B - Protein shake
S - Yogurt
L - Egg salad w/cheese on small whole grain wrap
S - Spinach salad
D - Protein Bar

Hi Aaron,

 

I had a rough day so I didn't have time to post earlier.

Yesterday I had.

B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer and splenda

L- 2 slices of whole wheat bread 1 egg sunyside up a slice of american cheese and a slice of ham

S- 8 oz 2% milk with a scoop of whey protein (body fortress)

D- 4 pieces of barbecue chicken bought in a bag with 1/4 cup of veggies

S- handful of mountain trail mix 1 Mediyum Vanilla iced coffee from McDonalds.

All my water and vitamins.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
