Yup you are right around the corner.

My surgeon is very busy. He is the ONLY one that does this surgery at University of Md but he has never had a death in almost 900 surgeries plus he was the head trauma surgeon for a long time. So knowing all that I feel so safe putting my life in his hands while in his O.R. So I guess as frustrated as I am that I may have to wait until Sept to see him, it will be worth the wait.

I am knocking out all of the other stuff though so that is good. No time like the present. hehehe ~Jilly~

hey christy.  i'm three days post-op and i can't tell you have blessed i feel to have found this forum.  you're in good hands here.  feel free to ask anything.  one thing i've learned here is that every insurance plan is different, meaning my aetna policy doesn't say what your aetna policy says.  also, each surgeon is different.  my doctor and your doctor both work for st. agnes, but they have different rules as well.  just stick with what your doctor tells you and get to know the people in his office, particularly the financial person!

Congrads on having the surgery, how are you feeling?  I've heard the first two months are pure hell, I don't know this for fact just what I've heard.  I wish you the best as you progress.  I'd love to keep in touch with you and learn from you as you go through this.

How were your two weeks before surgery, I understand you have to do a liquid diet for those two weeks.  I'm so excited I want to get on with this.

I'm on vacation after today so good luck in the upcoming week, and I have to touch base with you when I get back to see how your week was.
