Neil You are such an inspiration!!!! Only 23 lbs to goal weight you apparently did work hard to get where you are and you deserve well the best wishs for much success in the future. So how much have you lost all total!! Can't wait to see you at the next support group meeting!

I just realized today that I am no longer morbidly obese. I am now at 37 BMI. I can't wait to be at 29.2 BMI. Woooo-hooooooooooo!
