Still not wanting to eat!
Kristen:
I'm having the same problem, but I am so early out that I think I should be losing so much more than I am. I've been at the same weight for 10 days now. I figured that I took in about 650 calories yesterday and went to the gym last night and burned off 300 of those. I can't eat any more than I am eating now. I don't know what to do.

When we believe, all things are possible!
Lisa,
Give your body time to adjust. Some months I would lose 20 pounds or more then other months it was more like 10 or less....it just depended. Give yourself time, it's not a competition or race at all. OK? Every person is different, every person loses weight at a different rate no matter when they had surgery. (((hugs)))

LOL Yes, just take the scale, throw it in the back of your closet and don't take it out for at least a week or more. You will drive yourself batty otherwise! Also remember, we are women and women tend to flux weight every day from water, that time of the month, etc. You have also been working out so that builds muscle in places you never knew you could build muscle. LOL Just give yourself time....I know patience is hard to come by when it comes to WLS, we want to see it all off NOW......but remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. :-) You are doing GREAT just keep remembering that....also maybe you want to keep a pic of yourself at your largest and look at it every day...then your head will start to maybe catch up with the rest of you.
Lisa,
You know for me, I have been slowing down considerably. I would lose a couple pounds then stop for a week and then maybe lose another pound then stop for another week. It does add up and remember, the honeymoon period can last up to 18 months after surgery so there's plenty of time. Although I'm like you. All this busting our a$$es and we wanna see immediate results.
HUGS!!!!!!!
