Okay, so what's everybody eating? I gave Nicole some good food ideas - anyone want to share some more?
Yesterday:
All my fluids, all my vits
B - Greek yogurt with berries & granola
L - A double cheeseburger from McDonald's (yes I DID! Take THAT, DJNEILYJ!!!!)
S - Peach
D - Protein bar, nectarine
NEXT!!!

yesterday was already off for me since I had to fast for all the blood work that had to be done yesterday so I didn't get my vits in like normal and I didn't get my fluids in.
b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - chicken salad on crackers and a slice of cheese
s - protein bar
d - refried beans with melted mozz and salsa
s - a couple triscuits but I guess I didn't chew them good enough because they came right back up.
*sigh*

Posting on here for the first time in a long time. Yesterday I actually ate the way I wanted to. here is what I ate:
b: two scrambled eggs with mozzarella and bacon bits
1 cup grapefruit juice
s: protein crunch bar
coffee w/ too much creamer
l: 4 oz chicken tikka masala
s: string cheese, cherries
l2: 4 oz chicken tikka masala
d: 4 oz chicken tikka masala w/ naan
cals: 1667
protein: 158 g
fat: 68 g
carbs: 93 g
I only drank about 6 glasses of liquid. Took all my vits.
