Good morning all....Today's going to be a great day...found out my one son is going to be coming to stay with me for a while...woooo hooooo....soooooooo excited.  Time to get up and move that "rump shaker".....What happened to all the participation we had when this thread started???? Today is a great day!

I have been exercising consistently for 5 days now - energy is through the roof! And I have 7 more hours of wor****il I am off for the weekend in New Orleans!  Woo hooo!  That is pushing me through this day!
