I'll start this one out too since Tia's away today :)

So for yesterday, I had

b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - chicken salad on triscuits and a slice of fat free processed cheese product

s - protein shake

d - two strips of veggie bacon and scrambled eggs

s - protein bar

Got all my vits and liquids in.......your turn!

Anyone having trouble with this editor?  It's not working quite right for me.

I wrote it down yesterday, so I wouldn't forget anything.

B - 3 saltines w/refried beans (Aaron's inspiration).            

S - 1/2 protein bar         

L - 1/4 c refried beans (hey I opened the can and no one else in the family will eat them, can't see them go to waste) w/ 1 oz shredded chicken

D - Grilled chicken snack wrap from McDonalds

S - 4 saltines

The refried beans aren't so bad are they Lisa?  :)  I just eat them with cheese and some salsa and I'm good to go!  And I still have 4 cans to go!  LOL

At almost 3 years post-op, I STILL do refried beans (and they come in a spicy variety, too).  For something different, you could add some shredded chicken and taco seasoning and top with Greek yogurt (faux sour cream).  Or add some black beans for some texture.  Just be creative!!

Yesterday:

B- 12 oz Coffee, 1 whole wheat slice with cream cheese & jelly

L- 1 medium slice of pizza

S- Protein shake with 2% milk  & a cheese stick

D- 3/4 of cup of spaghetti with groundbeef & spaghetti sauce

S- handful of trail mix, 1 serving of oatmeal with milk, 8 grapes

All my vitamins and water.

OH is doing something goofy. Anyway, I hope this shows

S: SF, FF, Latte

L: Watermelon

D: 1/4 chicken thigh, 3 bites of vegetable noodles, 2 bites of corn on the cob

S: popcorn

How are you feeling? Are things better now? Did they ever find out what was wrong with you? Hope all is well and you are feeling much better than you were!

Hi Heather,

Thanks for asking.  I am feeling significantly better.  I had an MRCP yesterday and all looks well.  My liver enzymes are on the decrease which is great.  The thought is that I had a stone in the CBD that I ended up passing.
