The Feed Bag
I'll start this one out too since Tia's away today :)
So for yesterday, I had
b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - chicken salad on triscuits and a slice of fat free processed cheese product
s - protein shake
d - two strips of veggie bacon and scrambled eggs
s - protein bar
Got all my vits and liquids in.......your turn!
Anyone having trouble with this editor? It's not working quite right for me.
I wrote it down yesterday, so I wouldn't forget anything.
B - 3 saltines w/refried beans (Aaron's inspiration).
S - 1/2 protein bar
L - 1/4 c refried beans (hey I opened the can and no one else in the family will eat them, can't see them go to waste) w/ 1 oz shredded chicken
D - Grilled chicken snack wrap from McDonalds
S - 4 saltines

Yesterday:
B- 12 oz Coffee, 1 whole wheat slice with cream cheese & jelly
L- 1 medium slice of pizza
S- Protein shake with 2% milk & a cheese stick
D- 3/4 of cup of spaghetti with groundbeef & spaghetti sauce
S- handful of trail mix, 1 serving of oatmeal with milk, 8 grapes
All my vitamins and water.
