mini debate - for the ladies
Ok, for me I like a guy who can fix stuff....major turn on....so I guess I am drawn more to the blue collar guy then then white collar guy. Which is weird because I come from a white collar family and that is what I have always known. Kinda like the country boy and a great voice...LOL
I find they are more genuine then the attorney, doctor etc...always trying to impress with the Credit Card and not with their time. Now all I have to do is find the guy....so I need someone who is the opposite of me!
Hey Aaron!! That is nice that you want somoene a little like you. For some people that really works. For me...OH MY GOSH NO! LOL My husband and I are so OPPOSITE! I think if we were alike it would be boring to some degree ya know?
For me I was wild and outgoing when I met him and had two kids. He was this young, shy football player who had never even dated anyone else. So we were polar opposite.
I am loud and sometimes obnoxious and he is so laid back and mellow. He does ALL the cooking and baking because I cant do EITHER! In 11 years I have been with him I cooked for him ONCE and when he chewed on the tacos it sounded like he was eating BB GUN PELLETS! So from then on he changed the "Jills Kitchen" magnets on the fridge to "MIKES KITCHEN!". So I have never cooked. He does all the kids bakings and all for their school and sporting events too. He does 90% of the cleaning because he is a neat freak and I AM NOT! LOL Catch my drift? I have not done dishes in over 10 years either and not because I wont he just ALWAYS beats me to it!!! So if we were alike I would not be as pampered and spoiled as I am today. hehehehehe Kidding! But I am totally SPOILED!
I can say though that even though he cooks and cleans and all that good stuff for me that is not what draws me to him most. Its the person he is that connects me to him. When I met him I had two kids and one lived on full head to toe life support and that didnt scare him off. He was AMAZING with my kids and seeing how he was with them showed me how great he was. That is what really made me fall for him not his HUGE muscular arms or his great big white smile. LOL I just knew he would make a great Dad!! And he really is a great daddy! So to me everyone is turned on by something different. I think nowadays just a guy with a JOB is a turn on. hehehehehehehehe Oh man I am kidding I better sloooooow down on the coffee!!
I am now off to watch Mike attempt to put up this LARGE WOODEN SWINGSET! We are on vacation all week.
