Good Morning Tia

2) Even being 2 years out and thinking my body has stopped loosing my dear friend Heather tells me different and keeps me going. She is one of my biggest cheerleaders.

3) meeting new people yesterday (Kristen, Karen and Jen.......you girls all look great and are hilarious)

Hi Kelly!

From a single girl's perspective, I have to tell you that you are incredibly fortunate to have found a good guy!!!  There's a definite lack of them out there!!!

Don't worry, you can still lose once the window closes - it's just harder, and yes, it BITES!!

Nap time - yours or theirs?

Good morning Sunshine !!!!

1) A fabulous weekend.   We were in Harrisburg for the PA Pump Primers Muster and fire apparatus show.   OMG, it was perfect weather (tho I exposed some parts of my body to the sun for the first time this year, so I am a bit pink in spots) and we had a blast.   I think I took close to 500 pictures (and then Mr Mo had another 50 plus .. he would have had more, but ran out of disks).

2) friends!   I'm sorry I missed the fun on Saturday night sounds like it was a blast.

3) My life ... to be able to get out and enjoy and live to the fullest I can!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
