3 THINGS FOR MONDAY!!!!
How did you do with the pure protein bars over the weekend? I haven't lost one pound in a whole week. Stuck at 255. I'm getting my behind to the YMCA tonight. I couldn't go over the weeken, I had my grandson's. Took them to the fair and thought that exercise would do it, but apparently not. UUUGGGHHHH!

I did just fine with the pure protein bars! They actually went down ok and stayed down and I didn't dump at all (I think I still have yet to actually dump......I just get stuck). I also found another bar made by snickers called Snickers Marathon Low Carb Lifestyle Energy Bar. It has 170 calories, 7g of fat, 3 net carbs, 1g of sugar and 7g of sugar alcohols and 18g of protein. They aren't bad at all and they go down just as easily. Keep plugging away at the exercise! It'll at least get you in better shape!
Good Morning Tia! Sounds like yall had a good time Saturday night. Sorry I had to miss it, but this was my weekend that I worked my part-time job. Hopefully I can catch the next one.
1) That my surgery is this Friday the 18th...woooooooooohooooooooooo!!!!
2) Eventhough I worked all weekend long, I'm really not that tired today.
3) Tomorrow is my last day of work till the 18th of August.
