MONDAY EXERCISE
Went to the beach this weekend. One of my firneds also brought her bike and on Saturday we biked to Wilwood - rountrip 22 miles. We also walked 2 miles to Stone Harbor shopping and back. On Sunday I rode by myself to Sea Isle City - 25 miles - a bit harder than the day before. Today I went to the gym - 30 minutes on the machines and 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Had a great weekend of walking 2x each day, mowed and did yardwork for an hour + Sunday, and each day did about 25 minutes of situps/squats/side leg raises/curls/and tricep extensions. Woo Hooo!
Today I got up at 4:15 to do the 25 minutes of toning stuff (above) before leaving for work. I just did a brisk 25 minute walk around my complex, and will walk in the neighborhood tonight after dinner.
