B12
Hi Everybody,
I have not been on this thing in a very long time but even us old girls need help sometimes. I have not been able to get my B12 shot this month because my insurance change has been screwed up. I need my B12 or I just drop without it.
How do you all take yours, I hate the taste of iron even the smell makes me puke#*#*#*#*. What can I take ???
