B12

Hi everybody, I have not been on this thing in a long-long time . Yes you all, even us old timers need help sometimes. I have been getting my B12 by injection for years, I do not have my new insurance cards and can't see my doctor this month ,I just fall apart without my B12. How do you all get your B12 . I just can't stand the taste of iron UGH!!!!! Is  there something I can take that will not make me puke*#*#*#. Bobbie (Barb)

I use the B12 Dots sublingual that I get OTC.  They aren't too bad.  they are a mild cherry flavor and they dissolve somewhat quickly

I take the shot cause I just LOVE needles but you can get B12 at Giant, GNC and Walmart so I am told.  Hope this helps. Hugs Kristen

I take two sublingual tablets a week, plus I give myself 1 shot a month. PCP writes a prescription and the shots aren't too bad once you get past the idea of stabbing yourself. Painless.

Hey honey!!!! I use the Bariatric Advantage Sublingual B-12 (under my tongue).  It doesn't have any taste to me.  I just got tired of going to get a shot every month and paying.  I get the Bariatric Advantage from my local drugstore, which is an Epic pharmacy. Hope this helps!! Tia

Hi Bobbie, If you don't have insurance to cover it for now you can get a script and give yourself a shot once a month. They are not expensive at all.  But for the meantime you can also get the sublingual like the others mentioned.,
