hey Lisa! I started drinking out of straws about a month ago.....so don't worry.  You'll feel a little bit of air in your pouch but it goes away quickly and you can keep drinking.

b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal s - protein shake l - protein shake s - protein shake d - chicken salad with 6 triscuits and a slice of fat free processed cheese product s - protein shake Yesterday was a proteiny day but I got all my vits and lacked about 10 ounces of all my liquids!

What happened to the re-fried beans?  (LOL)   I couldn't belive that I got caught drinking from a straw.  I didn't even realize it until one of the ladies at the support group said, she's drinking out of a straw and in my mind I went, OMG!!!  I wanted to crawl under the table.

LOL  you got me there....i still have like 8 cans of refried beans!  I just got lazy....but I brought more chicken salad with me today!  don't worry about the straw thing.....it's ok :)  as long as YOU can handle it then you do it :)  I prefer drinking from a straw so I don't get my mustache all wet.

Vitamins and fluids B:  Small tortilla with peanut butter (heated up) L:  1 cheese stick, insides of a teeny, tiny burger and a few bites of salad S:  Greek yogurt with cherries D:  1/2 havarti dill cheese sandwich, 1/2 nectarine

Yesterday: B- Coffee 30 minutes later ham egg & cheese on one slice of whole wheat bread L- Beef & bean Chimichanga S- 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of american cheese on a half of a brat bun D- 4 oz of sauteed chicken breast with onions & green peppers with 1/2 of a small boiled potatoe with 1 teaspoon of country crock shedds spread S- 1/2 cup of grapes, 1 iced peach turnover (a big no no) 78 ounces of water & all my vitamins
