Sorry, it's been crazy busy here today!! Yesterday: B - Protein bar and watermelon L - With two of my fave girls, Heather & Kylie!!!!!!  - chicken matzoh ball soup, 1/4 corned beef sandwich on toasted rye with Russian dressing

S - 1/2 each - rainbow cookie and chocolate topped cookie (got the other halves for today!)

D - Crunch wrap quesadilla from Taco Bell (dinner on the run!) NEXT!!! Tia

Breakfast -oatmmeal weight control type.  L- Yogurt Dannon light and fit   S-  small banana   Dinner- Chicken noodle soup- with only two noodles eaten.   Bad Day! for eating drinking etc.

Alice - Honey, I know you acknowledged it was a bad day, but you NEED more protein!!!!!   I know it's hard, but you need to start looking at protein first and foremost.  You need to get the most protein bang for your buck.   We'll talk more tomorrow night!!! Hugs, Tia

Holy Mother of God!!!  Well, take a deep breath.  It WILL be over (unless you're Kristen and like to keep repeating mushies!).  Hopefully, you won't have any problems and this will all be a vague memory. Trust me, it will.  You'll look back and say, "Hmmm.....that wasn't too bad," but if you're like me, you'll also look back and vow to gouge your eyes out with a steak knife if you ever have to do that type of food again!!! Yesterday: B - 1 oz light kilbasa w/ 1/2 piece of cheese S - chicken boullion L - Tropical rotisserie Turkey sald from Safeway (wow was that good) D - Grilled ham and cheese sandwich, without the bread from Royal Farms And yes, I got caught drinking out of a straw yesterday.  Remind me again, why we can't do this?

Lisa - I'd heard that initially, it was to prevent too much air.  But I know after a month, I was given the go ahead for straws. I'd check with your doc - you seem far enough out to me that you could do it! Tia
