Oh, Goood Gawd! I ache so badly right now I WISH that I would die. Eric gave me some cheese crisp thingies, and they are not sitting well with me at all.  I wish I could just puke them up so that I can get on with my day.  I guess I ate them too soon after having lunch. Seriously, I hurt so bad.  When will the pain eeeeennnnnnddddddd????????

Either you have to make it come back up  or just wait it out to pass on it's own. Bad bad bad feeling.....I know it sucks! I feel your pain. I've been bad the last two nights and ate too much too fast and had to bring it all back up. Only way I could get relief quickly. Hang in there!

Tracy It sounds like it is stuck, you just have to wait for it to move. You might not be able to puke but you can try. As for Eric, he gets todays special, A punch in the head.  Don't eat those for a good while.  They are too dry.   It really sounds like it is stuck, but this is a lesson learned and we ALL do it!  EVERYONE! Sorry honey it will be better soon, Breath! Hugs Kristen

Girl what are you doing eating crispy thing so soon. Didn't they have you on pureed foods for the first 6 weeks and then soft food for another 2. I sure hope you feel better soon and then soft and smooth for a bit more. Hugs. Jo

Ahhhhhhhh.  Sweet relief. After coming home and laying down for a little while, I now feel much better.  It took a couple of hours for the sensation to pass. While I was trying to really blame Eric and his cheese crispy thingies, it truly wasn't that at all.  (Besides, those cheese thingies practically disintegrate as soon as they hit your tongue). What I think the culprit to be was some Banana Creme Muscle Milk that I tried for the first time this afternoon.  I have such a difficult time with any and all protein drinks, and this one was no different.  The first 1/3 was ok....I was thinking "wow,  FINALLLY, a protein drink that I can tolerate!".  The second 1/3 was "ugh....this really is no different than the others that I've tried."  And the last 1/3 was "Good Gawd....this is some nasty stuff.  I can't drink any more of this crap". No more Muscle Milk for me.  Yuck.

I love muscle milk, have you tried the powders?  Yeah it sounds like both kicked some butt in there together, that is not fun.  It does take so time to move but now you feel better.  That is the good thing.  I did that with egg and thought I would die.  I really wanted to die or puke but neither would happen.  I did the same thing, lay down and two hours later I was good. Glad that everything passed.

No, I've not tried any of the Muscle Milk powders.  My local GNC is rather small, and the only containers they have off the stuff comes in a 33-gallon container that costs a brazillion dollars.  I just didn't want to commit to having that much product around and paying that price for something that I probably wouldn't like anyway. Truly, I have tried about 20 different protein drinks, and I've not found one that remotely tastes even passable.  Most makes me want to wretch my guts out.  I'm falling below my required protein intake, but almost all of my protein comes from my food intake.   I might try a scrambled egg for dinner tomorrow night and see how that works out for me. Thanks so much for your encouraging words.  It really does make me feel a lot better.

If you do not like it, GNC will take it back.  I love that about them.  I hate ALL protein drinks and I mean ALL but I like muscle milk but not the pre-made ones. I take the chocolate and I put instant decaf coffee in it with sugar free chocolate syrup and Hazel nut sugar free syrup and it taste great. There there is the chocolate peanut butter and I put peanut butter in that and chocolate syrup and that is really good. The key is using a blender for all of this.  With a ton of ice. Good Luck!
