D - Naked chicken tender wrap with Asian Zing sauce S - Nectarine All my fluids, all my vits!!! NEXT!!! Tia

WOW!!!  a day without getting stuck is like a day in paradise!  but you know it's my own doing.....I take a bit and it gets past my tongue too soon and I can feel it go down all the way.....and then the feeling of either puking or severe pain is going to come.  Yikes I hate that feeling.

Mee too!!!  My old habits die hard.  It is so difficult for me not to drink when I'm eating.  And, I so much want to be able to eat bread.  I could make a meal off of a good slice of bread and a piece of cheese.  It's just not working.  Probably better that it's not!!!!

Lisa - See my note to Aaron about crisping the tortilla in a frying pan.  It helps!! Also, I promise you, those stuck days WILL become fewer.  Just remember to chew well and add lube!! Tia

Aaron - Next time, plop filled tortilla in a frying pan sprayed with Pam.  It'll crisp up nicely and hopefully, will go down easier!!!   Any bread products STILL do not like me all the time - it's kind of hit or miss with them!!! Help this helps!! Tia

Tia, I think you're right.....if I crisp it up on both sides then I won't have much trouble getting it chewed up finely. Thanks for that dear!
