Teri Love the picture!!  You look great!  Makes feel like I really got to get a new picture for an avatar.  I took the one down for two reasons, 1- because I hated it and thought I looked like I was ready for the morgue and 2) Tia' s reference (  you gotta love her, I know I do,(to Tia)  what would we do without her great sense of humor and ability to express it  to a singer I absolutely hated - LOL Alice Cooper!- Blend number 1 and 2 together the avatar was really bad. Tomorrow night I am meeting Lisa and  Deb for our first Eastern Shore Support Group Planning Meeting and I am bringing my camera and laptop and I am going to ask Lisa to help me with the pictures especially the avatar.   So hopefully by Friday you all will see a better picture of me- I said better not the Best LOL  Take Care

Actually I think for that injection they use the 10 ft. needle .  Anyway, I really hope this works for you so you can RUN in the 5k.  Can't wait to see it!!  Good luck.

*THUD*  10 foot needle?????  OMG  they would need at least three people to hold it!  LOL  My only goal for this 5K is to cross the finish line....I don't care how long it takes.
