Feed Bag!

Hi everyone B- Cream of wheat  L- Vanilla activia yogurt with a few fresh blueberries and strawberries D-  1 Tablespoon of mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 sliver chicken from a chicken leg.   Did not get all my fluids in.  Trying to get into the swing of being back to work. Doing better today.

Hi Teri - If you're chained to your desk at work, line those water bottles up like little soldiers.  That way, they're staring you in the face saying, "Drink me!!!"   Hang in there!!! Tia

Hi Aaron!   I am suppose to be integrating it but I am so scared after the few sticking and stick episodes.  I had an episode where I could not vomit but was extremly sick and the sticking incidents of scrambled eggs. Last night I had a little problem with the mashed potatoes and tiny sliver of chicken. I would love to try a salad as you did and I am also dying to try some whole wheat pasta with a little tomato sauce I just have to get over this fear!!!!

Yesterday I had... B- 12 oz coffee non dairy creamer and splenda  30 minutes later 1 slice of whole wheat bread 1 large scrambled egg and 1 slice of american cheese melted on the egg. L- 1/2 a cup of deli macaroni salad  S- 1 slice of ham 1 slice of cheese   later half of a grapefruit D- 1/2 cup of shells & cheese  S- 1/2 cup of baby carrots & 2 tablespoons of Kraft Ranch salad dressing & dip 80  ounces of water & all my vitamins
