I will try cutting back on the B-12.  Wierd how some vitamins and medications can have the opposite effect then what they are supposed to.  Have had that problem off and on with medications for years.  Ty for the input. Thank You

What kind of sleep are you getting?  Are you going to bed at a decent hour?  How about breakfast?  Are you eating anything that may weigh you down?  How about coffee or any kind of caffeine?  Caffeine is great to get you going, but then it has a reverse affect where you feel like you hit a brick wall once it wears off.  If you're a coffee drinker and drinking caffeinated, you may want to switch to decaf.  You've gotten some great advice already about supplements, but I haven't heard anything about exercise.  I know that besides getting you into shape, exercise also will give you energy you didn't even know you had.

As far as coffee goes, I have started, this past week, making my protein drink a frappe type.  I have that every other morning.  Its about 6 oz caramel drizzle folgers, 1 BIG scoop protein powder, davinci syrup, and sf coffee mate powder, blended with ice.  But I was getting tired in the afternoon before I started doing this so I really can't say if its part of the problem.  I do get in some exercise.  I have to take the dog for a walk daily (do that about 11:30am-12pm).  And we have a home gym here for me to do a little weight lifting.  Of course there is always housework that I am doing too.  Not a neat freak, but like things in some kind of order. Sleep, well, thats a whole different ballgame...lol...I have to take ambien (with no side effects, so far) and I take it when I climb into bed around 9pm.  I do get up at 3:15am every morn to get bf up and going for work.  I climb back into bed when he leaves and usually fall back to sleep between 5am-6am and get up again around 9am.  I actually feel quite rested when I get back up at 9am.  I am just baffled at what could be going on.  Will get it straightened out somehow...
