The Feed Bag
I love it and once I start I can't stop either. But I get the one from Walmart Mountain trail mix. Peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins & M&Ms...
Yummy! Better than the 1 pound bag of M&Ms I used to eat before or Kisses my gosh that was one of my favorites!
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Brealefast Yogurt
Snack a couple watermelon pieces
Lunch- Cottage cheese
Snack Protein Shake
Dinner- Tomato Soup and 1/4 grilled cheese on thinly sliced wheat bread

Did not do well with water/fluids but I am still working on it. I do the 30 minutes before and 30minutes after but still can hardly finish a 5 oz yogurt cup let lone anything else.
Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks

Hey Terri -
Well, don't be too hard on yourself. Initially, it IS hard to get in your fluids, just keep at it and your ability to drink more WILL increase eventually. And obviously, keep a water bottle with you at all times, even at your bedside - every time you wake up, take a sip. It all adds up!
In the meantime, and I'm sure there are varying schools of thought on this, and you may want to call your doctor, but for me, since the protein shake IS a liquid, I usually drank water after it. In my opinion, liquid is liquid, but again, if you don't want to chance it, call your nutritionist.
Hope this helps!!!
