b - two veggie sausage links and oatmeal
s - protein shake
l - chicken salad on 6 triscuits and a slice of fat free processed cheese product
s - protein shake
d - refried beans and a stick of mozzarella cheese with some salsa
s - protein shake
for the next few weeks I'll be cleaning out my cupboard so you're going to see me eat a lot of refried beans LOL
all my vits and almost all my liquids.
Oh Wow...so I work at SSA in Woodlawn - headquarters. And our cafeteria usually has a nice salad bar where I can get lots of turkey, egg white, and fat free dressing. On Tuesdays in the summer they do a "cook out" with BBQ, Burgers, Dogs, and today---grilled Mako! Oh My Lord - that was the best piece of grilled fi****hink I have ever had! Woo Hooo! :)

Yesterday:
B- 12 oz the usual 30 minutes later a egg & cheese on 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
L- a handful of trail mix & 2 oz of grilled chicken
D- 4 oz grilled chicken 3 florettes of broccoli & 2 tablesppon of spanish rice with beans
S- 1 power protein bar
all my water & Vitamins
