WOW!!! What a fantastic welcoming to the Maryland board. Although I will forever consider myself a Pennsylvanian since I lived their most of my 41 years of existance, my introduction to Marylandites has been nothing short of outstanding. Thank you all so much for the very warm welcome. It means a lot to me. I know that the Pennsylvania board here on OH is a very active and very supportive one. Hell, we even have what we call the Pennsylvania Pilgrimage twice a year where wls patients from all over PA meet for a whole weekend of support, guest speakers and fun. Kind of similar to an OH convention, just on a smaller level. But it sure is soothing to know that I can expect the same kind of support right here. As I said in my initial post, I had surgery on 3-1-06, so I am now over 27 months out. If any of you have any questions, please feel free to send me a pm, especially if you have exercise questions or concerns. And I will be looking to you for help as well, in the instances where I may fall off the wagon, even if ever so briefly. That's what support is supposed to be all about, right? Once again, thank you for the warm welcome and I look forward to being an active member of the Maryland family.
