Eastern Shore of MD Support group

Okay everyone!  Only a few more days until it becomes a reality!  Don't forget the new support group meeting on THURSDAY, July 10 at 7PM at the Denny's in Easton (Route 50).  We have reserved their back room (thanks Lisa!) and they will charge us for the room ($35.00) if we don't order 10 meals.  If we don't want to order dinner, we can pass the hat the cover the $35.00 fee.  After this meeting, we will hopefully be able to meet somewhere for FREE.  Come with suggestions about that.  Also, come with suggestions for meeting programs.  I have several but this is everyone's support group.  Looking forward to meeting everyone.  Remember, everyone is invited (spouses and other support people too!).  We just ask that there be no children because of the nature of our discussions.  Thanks.  Please email if you have any questions.  [email protected]  Deb

Deb: Of course I'll be there.  Wanted to let you know that the room is in my name.  They had to have someone call me back and when they did, thought it would be too confusing to give them another name.  Didn't want to make it too complicated for them (LOL).  So it's under:  Lisa Zeigler, if you get there before me.  I'll probably come straight from work.  Don't want to go all the way home and then back to Easton.  $4.00 gas is a killer.

I just saw this notice.  It's the first support group I've seen near where I live.  Unfortunately I have a commitment Thursday evening.  I'm going to try to get out of it and come.  I haven't had my surgery yet.  I'm in the process of completing my pre-op requirements.
