Challenge
Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I have been on here, been busy with work and life. I have been slacking the last 2 months, drinking beer and eating carbs. I'm setting myself a goal of 25lbs in the next 2 months. Time to get serious again. I will be below 250 by september 7th. Anyone want to join me???

I'm with you as far as the fact that I'd love to see a 25 pound loss by September 7 - (I'd also love to see you respond to your pm's dammit, but I digress), but frankly, I'm not sure it's possible at almost 3 years post op to lose that much in that short amount of time. I did kick my own butt at the beginning of May and lost 10 pounds in 1.5 weeks, and that's pretty much where it stayed. My own stupid fault for letting life get in the way and not getting to the gym like I should.
So.....I'm in, relatively speaking. What're the stakes????

Tia, You ROCK! :-) BTW thanks for the info for dad. I forwarded it to him and I think he was going to call them today. :-) I'll find out when I talk to him tomorrow. Have you decided if you are going to do the 5K in October? It's walk or run.......and a number of people are going to walk it. Mom's coming too! :-)
No prob on the info for Dad, always happy to help if I can. Let me know if he doesn't get a satisfactory answer, I'll see what I can do. But Golden Ring would be his best bet. Um....a 5K.....you mean where you sweat and things??? Think about who you're talking to girl, it's me, the Princess!!! If I'm gonna work out and sweat, it had better be in an airconditioned gym!!! LOL!!! Hmmmmm......maybe on the walking, though, I'll have to think about it. T
