Hope everyone is having a great weekend!  Yesterday I was busy and did not eat very well at all I will be back on track today-  Yesterday-B watermelon S- Protein Drink L- nothing S- 2 cheese crackers D- tomatoe soup and sf applesauce.  Did not get all my fluids in and forgot vitamin

S - Peanut butter and wheat crackers

D - Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla and water w/ Lime

Today I am going to work on more protein.
