???'s for Dr. Schweitzer's / JH patients from a Newbie

I'm with Dr. Lidor at Bayview and I'm getting frustrated with the office staff.  I hear that a few of you have had success emailing them....where would I find their email addresses?  I keep getting the run-around about my insurance.  Everything was submitted to my insurance company on June 3rd and I still don't have any answers as to whether I've been approved...I'm getting pretty frustrated.
