Document Everything

One more post before I go for the long (probably not long enough) holiday.  Just wanted to say thanks to all you folks out there that told me to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.  I got a notice from my insurance company this weekend saying that my WLS was not covered by my plan and that I now owe $5000.00.  I was able to call the insurance company and provide them names, dates and times and even e-mails from people that I spoke to prior to my WLS saying that it was a covered benefit.  So they are re-submitting the claim.  I'm glad for that, because I surely don't have an extra $5 grand. So for all you newbies, make sure you document, document, document.  Just when you think it's over, its not!
