The Feed Bag
Well, eventually, you'll be able to do away with the first 30 - but at least 30 will have to remain FOREVER after you eat. I do 30 after, and that's it - oh, and obviously, nothing during. Your ability to get in more and eventually chug liquids WILL return, I promise. Trust me! Hey, I haven't steered you wrong yet, have I???? Well, only because we haven't gotten together in person yet!!! BWA-HAA-HAA!!! Tia
Yesterday: B - 3 peanut butter crackers (I think) S - Chicken Bouillon (This helps me get in liquids) L - I sure can't remember, but I hope it was good!! D - Boston market frozen dinner - 290 calories and I ate about 3/4 of it. Today: B - 5 triscuts and a wedge of laughing cow cheese - garlic (I'm sure my breath was pleasant for everyone that is in the office today) L - A bite from an Amish market hotdog & cheese wrap from the pretzel place.

Thanks Aaron Yesterday I had: B- Grilled cheese sandwich whole wheat bread 30 minutes later 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda L- Trail mix D- 1/3 cup of white rice & 2 medium size meatballs S- 1 cup of Watermelon & trail mix 80 of water & all my vitamins
