Thank you, my sweet!!!!  Actually, Tia was UBER-lunching with Heather Modi & the beautiful Kylie!!!  Yum!!!  Chicken matzoh ball soup and chicken salad!!!  Stuffed!  Well, not stuffed, but full! Yesterday: B - Yogurt, berries, granola L - Turkey club ingredients, two bites of bread D - TJ's beef stew S - Cantaloupe Work on those liquids, please!!!!  Every day, just try for a little more than the day before!!  All my vits and all my liquids!!! Tia NEXT.....!!!

I think the 30/90 rule is killing me.  I've thought about doing 30/30 so I have more time to get the liquids in

Well, eventually, you'll be able to do away with the first 30 - but at least 30 will have to remain FOREVER after you eat.   I do 30 after, and that's it - oh, and obviously, nothing during.   Your ability to get in more and eventually chug liquids WILL return, I promise.   Trust me! Hey, I haven't steered you wrong yet, have I????  Well, only because we haven't gotten together in person yet!!!  BWA-HAA-HAA!!! Tia

Nope you haven't steered me wrong at all LOL  I'm going to see how I feel and give the 30/30 a try strting now (might as well....it's been an hour already since I ate) I'm already drinking through a straw LOL  It gives me more gas but I have to drink through a straw.....I don't like putting my mustache in whatever I'm drinking LOL

Yesterday: B - 3 peanut butter crackers (I think) S - Chicken Bouillon (This helps me get in liquids)   L - I sure can't remember, but I hope it was good!! D - Boston market frozen dinner - 290 calories and I ate about 3/4 of it. Today: B - 5 triscuts and a wedge of laughing cow cheese - garlic (I'm sure my breath was pleasant for everyone that is in the office today) L - A bite from an Amish market hotdog & cheese wrap from the pretzel place.

b- greek yogurt mixture  S- 3 PB Crackers  L- Tomato Soup w/ 3 crackers S- Protein Drink D- cottage cheese with 4 little peach chunks.  Got more fluids and all vits and pills in.

Thanks Aaron Yesterday I had: B- Grilled cheese sandwich whole wheat bread 30 minutes later 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda L- Trail mix  D- 1/3 cup of white rice & 2 medium size meatballs S- 1 cup of Watermelon & trail mix 80 of water & all my vitamins
