That's okay, April, we can all share in my #1 today!!!! I'm SO glad for you and for Jordan that you got into the pool with her.  She's so little that she knows nothing of your embarrassment and doesn't care, either.  She'll never remember a time when Mommy WOULDN'T get in the pool with her.  I bet if Jordan could type, that would be #1 on her list!!!  Of course, it would probably look like this, "XKX0777JL2JJJJRFURU2397!!!" but you get my point!!! Have a great weekend!!!  Yes, I'm counting down, too - only 8 more days of work!!! Tia

Happy end of week to me!!!! I am sooooo happy to have tomorrow off to do absolutly NOTHING if I choose to!!!! :-) That won't happen but that's OK. Nice to have a 3-day for a change! ANYWHO.......today my 3 are like this....... 1. First and foremost I am grateful for my parents for raising me the way that they did and for giving me the life that I have had. They are amazing people whom I did not always appreciate growing up but now realize all the sacrifices they made for me to give me all the benefits I have had.  2. I am grateful for my ability to see beyond the BS and to laugh in the face of it. Life is way too short to allow sadness, jealousy and madness to take over your life and let it control you.  3. I am also grateful for the support I have been getting from my friends old and new. You know who you are and well.....nuff said. I love ya all! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to getting out and about on Saturday night.....OK Kristen.....who's got the bail money if we need it????? LOL

Tia:  Thanks for the comment about Police officers:  My brother was one for 5 years long ago and my nephew is a Baltimore county Policeman -  I live in fear of an accident involving him:  Everytime I hear  of an accident involving policecars or a policeman being hurt or killed my hearts stops beating -  Hes my godson and I love him to pieces -  It's a damn shame they get paid so little- His wife is a teacher and will never be able to be a stay at home mom because of the police pay scale.   1.  For the three day weekend : even though I had one last week I so love the fact that we are  closed tomorrow. 2.  For my WLS surgury 1 year ago this coming Saturday:  I cann't believe the changes my life has undergon this past year.  I am eternally grateful to DVR  for his surgical skills. 3.  For my friends and family who continue to encourage me.   HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE

Tia, I am deeply saddend by the death of Officer Findley. I had the pleasure to meet him in person he was a fine officer, a decent man and a friend to many in Laurel.    I met him when I was having a lot of problems with then my teenage son.   He was so helpful to me and always was there to give advice on what I could for my son.   I broke out in tears when I saw it was officer Findley.  I just can not believe what this world is coming to.  As for Ronnie White, I never knew him personally but he went to H.S. with my daughter Jessie. Most of those kids that came from Laurel High are a mess!  I regret my kids going there.  I am not happy that he was killed in jail. I believe that he would have gotten the maximum sentence since he killed an officer.  That should have been left for the courts to deal with it. Living jail for the rest of your life is a way to pay the price not dying since once you are dead well you are not thinking about what you did day by day.   My heart goes out to officer Findley's wife and children. It will never be the same for them and that breaks my heart.   So my 1st thing that I am grateful for: 1. is for the law enforcement and military. The men and women out there that are protecting us. 2. for the joy I receive each day when I read up on all my OH family! 3. only 5 days left until the yucky meds are done!  Yay! Have a good one everyone! hugs

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
