Well, with peanut butter, I always go with the Grape Jelly!!! Teri

Hmmmm, tough one. I actually like my PB plain. If I were to choose a flavor, it would be neither. I prefer peach or apple flavors. But if I have to choose from those two, I choose strawberry!

I used to eat Miracle Whip on my peanut butter sandwiches (thanks grandma!)......I really prefer my peanut butter plain but if I had to use a jelly I would use SF raspberry or blackberry jelly.

oh now don't knock since you haven't tried it :)  it's really all about the tangy/sweetness which is another good combination in addition to the salty/sweetness.  However, you might as well just use a bucket of lard on a piece of bread!  LOL

And spread said lard and bread on stomach - massage vigorously!!!!! I'm all about the sweet and salty, but I don't know 'bout that!!! But I used to put M&M's in my movie popcorn!!!! t

I'm not too much into the lard thing, but the massage wouldn't be a bad thing. I love french fries in a Frosty @ Wendy's.  - No more to be had.  I've been craving ice cream.  Any idea which one we can have, if any. I did a "splenda" fruit smoothy on the way home from NY the other day and several hours later I was running to the bathroom.  WOW.  Don't want that to happen again!!!!

Lisa Well, unfortunately, I think you're gonna find that with most s/f products.   I was so used to having threesomes with Ben & Jerry that I honestly didn't think I'd survive post-op, but I have.  I still love ice cream (frozen vanilla soft serve or custard being my fave), but now, a little goes a LONG way. Blue Bunny makes a great nsa added - lots of flavors, too, but it's hard to find sometimes.  I'd try just a little at a time to avoid those bathroom runs!!! You may also find, as I have, that you do better with a little of the real stuff as opposed to the s/f. Tia

Grape Jam:  Spreads better than jelly.  Tia's p/b & banana tortilla sounds great.  I have tried Aaron's P/B and miracle whip.  I come from a family where you put miracle whip on everything!!!!  Maybe that's why I'm fat . . . you think?
