i started off with unjury which is very good but a little pricey....it's very smooth and it takes a while to mix. i would invest in a drink mix shaker as well. I'm now drinking whey Gourmet that I got from http://www.bariatriceating.com and so far, I'm in love with it!!! You get twice as much for not much more money. Oh also you will need a pill crusher because they gave me pills afterwards to take so i had to crush them.

ok, great, I will look at that website also. I hope what ever I end up getting tastes half way decent...lol As for the drink mix shaker, I guess I could go to walmart and pick that up, right....lol Is it different that a regular mixer?? lol Thanks for taking the time out to answer my questions. I found a drink mix shaker at the Vitamin Shoppe. I had previously seen it online but never ordered. What is neat about this shaker is that there is a "mixer ball" inside that helps break up the powder as you shake, so it blends better. If you go the the Vitamin Shoppe website you can search for a location that may be convenient for you.

Oh girl I love Coronas with lime. But after surgery I only could drink but 1 it fills up my pouch and makes me very bloated. Hey since liqour makes you do weird things then go for broke for the last time! lol Have fun.
