Nothing new, but I really want to have some Almonds.  I know, only 2 more weeks so I won't do it until then.   B - Greek yogurt L - Piece of cheese and a piece of ham - out of 1/2 of a wrap that was provided for lunch at work, s/f applesauce. D - Plain cheesburger, no bun

snack - s/f popsicle - I can't go a day without these.

(((TIA)) Hiya honey!!!! HMMMMM No breakfast YET! Been busy already this AM but will have my oatmeal in a few. Already on my second very large cup of coffee though!!! L-not sure yet. It's lunch day here at work and it's my boss' turn to pick so we'll see... D- last night was Panera had the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken.....YUMMY kinda like the manager there who was working and NO I did not talk to him. BALK BALK BALK!!!!!

oh yesterday was bad bad bad for me....I deserve a HUGE butt kicking Tia b - a pot of coffee l - nothing d - chicken salad with Roasted Garlic Triscuits (YUMMEH!!!!) no vitamins and no protein

All fluids, all vits and supps, 10 hours of sleep B - 1 egg omelette with spinach and swiss cheese MS - 1 mozzarella cheese stick L - small broiled crab cake and 3 french fries AS - handful of cashews D - ground chicken burger and string beans NS - blueberries and strawberries with s/f cool whip
