1.) I am so happy it is Thursday, that means tomorrow is coming fast.  All the family is going to be here from out of town and I am so excited about that. 2.) THERAPY!  I am so grateful and faithful I have therapy every Thursday! I think EVERYONE could use a dose of it once in your life time, it helps to keep you balanced and it will help you to focus. 3.) Manicure and Pedicure, need I say more! 4.) Men! I am grateful for the positive men in my life,  I have some many wonderful friends that are males. My Father is like a bear with a raw ass BUT I thank him everyday for that, he has molded me well.  Let me also say that the Uncles are wonderful too and I just love Pops.   Eye Candy is also very nice! 5.) My wonderful daughter today and everyday, I never thought I could love something so much!

Kristen - A wise friend of mine said, "There are two kinds of people in this world - this who are medicated, and those who should be!"  Truer words were never spoken!!  Therapy is like a gift you give to yourself.   Have fun with the fam! Tia

1. The pool. With my enough pleading from my 2 year old I actually braved putting on a bathing suit and taking her to the pool last night. It was so relaxing and we had a blast. The look of extreme joy on her face that I was in the pool with her was priceless.  I also learned for members of the pool they do free water aerobics classes so maybe ill do one of those classes! 2. Target- they have everything and are so much more hassle free then Walmart!! I could spend my life savings there! 3. An awesome job that fills up my gas tank for me. Enough Said!!!

Hi April - Oh, I bet Jordan was sooooo excited!!!  The great thing about people you love and who love you is they see the real you - whether Jordan is 2 or 22, she could not care less what you look like in a bathing suit - you're Mommy!!!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Target - especially the one by me that has a Starbucks.  I agree, sooooo much more hassle free and organized than Walmart, with customer service that rocks.  The only thing - you still can't beat Walmart's prices on most things. Back in the pool with you!!! Tia

Good Morning!!! Today I am grateful for so many things but my top three...... 1. Finally letting go of the excess baggage that was weighing me down in life and surrounding myself with positive people and influences. Sometimes it takes awhile to see negativity but once your eyes are wide open........WOW!!! 2. Having another day with my dad and knowing I'll be spending time with him and my mom this coming Sunday to celebrate Mom's b-day. He's an amazing person who is fighting for his life every day and my mom is truely amazing as well for being a support for him and staying strong. 3. My roommate for ACTUALLY taking out the trash and recycling last night without me having to ask!!!! Need I say more??? LOL He's a great guy but not the best at keeping up with household stuff! Hope everyone is having a beautiful and happy Thursday so far!!!!!

Hi Honey! You know as well as I do that we all have baggage - some of us carry it in overnight cases, while others schlep it in steamer trunks!!  It's great once you can let go!! Don't forget those books for your parents.  Oh, and buy yourself something, too!  G&R is a GREAT store!! Hugs,

Tia

today ... 1) one day closer to the weekend!   Have a parade planned for Saturday ( the Riviera Beach VFD parade ) but the weather doesn't look like it wants to cooperate.   Guess we will see what the weekend brings 2) the 'list' of projects at work has actually seen some movement.   Nothing is completed but there is action to report 3) being able to be out and enjoy life.   Mr Mo had been working on putting a back up cam on the fire truck and finished it up last night.  When he went to show me how it worked, I was able to haul myself up into the truck (not exactly sure HOW .. but I did!!!) without the step stool.  When I got back down I looked at him and said .. can you imagine me doing that 4 1/2 years ago . and his reaction was .. it wouldn't have happened!   I was so on my way to being a recluse pre-surgery and now you can't keep me home! Ok, off to the list of projects here! Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
