The Feed Bag!
b - nothing again *sigh* I need a string around my finger to bring oatmeal to work with me!!!
l - chicken salad with some crackers and 2 slices of fat free cheddar cheese
d - scrambled eggs with 5 crackers
tried the designer whey protein stuff....and I totally got a god awful flavor! what was I thinking?????? Arctic frappucino.....
so I needed to order something else so I'm getting creamy milk chocolate with some DaVinci raspberry syrup and I got chocolate chip mint powder.....I'm hoping those will be better.....they mix ok and totally not grainy at all like the soy protein I have.

L - Protein bar, Karen that was good, I need to order some of those.
S - Don't see it happening but if so maybe some nuts.
D- WOW this is going to be a issue. I have not been eating dinner. We are going to Don Pabloes for a 21st bday party, Mexican Food. I hope they have something I can eat.
So maybe I will have another shake when I get home.

L - Sauteed spinach w/ mushrooms and onions, 6 steamed shrimp
AS - Mozzarella cheese stick
D - Crustless spinach quiche w/ bacon, onions, mushrooms and cheese
NS - Sugar free popsicle

YUMMMMMMMMMMM TILLAPIA!!!! I haven't had that in weeks. Gotta make sure next pay we get some. Its the only fish i really like.
B- Peaches & Cream oatmeal (half of the serving)
S- Protein shake blended with raspberries
L- 1/2 C chicken noodle soup & 5 saltines
D- 5 saltines with 2 oz cheddar cheese and turkey
S- don't know yet but most likely pomegranite apple sauce
lots and lots of crystal light...sometimes I think I am going to float away with all I actually drink...
All my vits and fluids. My new fav Crystal Lite flavor is the ruby red graprefruit. Right now I can't get enough of it. I wi**** came in the individual bottle packets. B - protein shake; S - watermelon; L - Lean Cuisine (chicken w/spinach); S - Laughing Cow cheese on small whole grain melba crackers; D - Atkins Meal Bar.
Hi Everyone,I forgot to write down my food yesterday from what I can remember B- Nothing S- 2 PB crackers L- Cheese and Crackers D- Tomato soup with crackers Did not take my vitamins for a couple days- I am currently on liquid and it tastes . Does anybody know of a liquid vitamin that may be flavored or not quite as nasty tasting? I also stopped at Trader Joe's and got some Greek Yogurt Plain Lowfat is all they had. Tia- What greek yogurt do you get and how do you mix it?
