question?

I had gotten my info packet from dr. gandsas, and mailed it out a week ago on thursday, when I went to the seminar I spoke to one of the women that worked with him and she said she didn't remember my name off hand, so she wasn't sure if they got it...how long should I give his office before assuming that the packet never got there? I live less then 10 miles from sinai hospital, I think I will take it by hand the next time!
