Hey all - First, this is in NO WAY related to yesterday's weenie post!!!  LOL!!! Seriously, I want to know what the most exciting, dangerous, thrilling, wildest thing you've ever done or wanted to do: Mine?  I've ALWAYS wanted to run with the bulls at Pamplona.  Don't ask me why!  It just looks amazing!!  I would guess that THAT perception depends upon where you are at the pack.  Me?  I'd be happy running BEHIND them, but I think the point is to run in front of them!! I'd also like to view (NOT SWIM) Great Whites up close!!  Yeah, I'm sick that way! Your turn!!! Tia

I am sure everyone already knows  mine:  it's to parasail -  I also want

to go Hot Air Balloning and maybe  swim with the Dolphins.

Umm.......Darla?  Unless they're genetically altered, I really don't think there's much danger in swimming with dolphins!!!!  ROFL!!! Seriously, check when you're on your cruise - there may be a shore excursion where you can do that.  That was something I always wanted to do, and once I did, I think I got maybe 8 minutes in the water (the same water in which they potty, by the way) with them, got a kiss, paid for a picture of said kiss, saw them do some tricks and got a WAY COOL catamaran ride!!   I wouldn't pay to do it again, but for a dolphin virgin, it was AWESOME!!! I really wanna go skydiving maybe next year.  But I think I would love to have a small cabin in the woods and live rusticly ya know.  I think that's pretty wild :)

If by rustic you mean only ONE outlet for my blowdryer and curling iron, and one ply toilet paper, then YEAH, I am RIGHT there with ya!!! The Princess

Well, I DO love the cooler weather, BUT.............camping, as in a sleeping bag in a tent on the hard ground?  Um.......no.  HOWEVER, Neil DID post quite a while ago that he and I could share a sleeping bag AND he'd bring me a 'rita once Cira moves to WV, so maybe there's hope for me yet!!! My idea of roughing it is telling the maid to come back the next day with fresh towels!!!  LOL!!! Tia

LOL  well my idea of roughing it is sleeping on an air mattress under the stars by a campfire with a  cool breeze and no electric or running water......just good old-fashioned camping.

I love the serenity of the mountains, but I agree, I need some modern comforts as well. Besides, I don't think I could sleep on the ground. I would be too worried about the creepy-crawlies!

This is a hard one for me to answer. Mostly because it was so hard for me to conceive that I could do things before my surgery. So now, it has been to say YES to new opportunities. The wildest thing I am working on now is learning to kayak. Some friends are including me on a trip to the Keys in October and we will be kayaking and snorkeling. In preparation for this, I took an Intro to Kayaking course a couple of Saturdays ago and I actually did it! I cried like a baby on the way home. I was overwhelmed that my dreams of being a normal person who can do anything is coming true. I used to be a big amuzement park ride fanatic in my younger days. I have been thinking lately of trying it again for the first time in decades. I have been thinking about taking some kind of dance lessons, just for the experience. I am not very coordinated or graceful, so this is mostly for fun. If I develop some grace out of it, that would be a bonus. My mind is still exploring the possibilities. It is taking a while to develop ideas. The idea that all things are possible is still so new.
