The Feed Bag
Okay, given my morning, I've done a REMARKABLE job of not ingesting 5 pounds of chocolate!! Not that I HAVE 5 pounds of chocolate to ingest, but you get my drift!!!
Yesterday:
All my fluids, all my vits
B - Greek yogurt, berries, cereal
L - Cheese, triscuits, fresh mango
D - 6 mini chicken tenders w/horseradish sauce
Yeah, probably not enough, but yesteday was a CRAZY day!!!

Here goes...all my meds, vits and more than the 64 oz. fluids! B: 1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 6 p'nut butter pretzels; S: 1/2 yogurt with 4 strawberries; L: 2 oz. tuna salad, 3 gerkins, 5 pretzels; S: SF popsicle; D: (from Golden Corral) 1 oz chicken breast, 2 T seafood salad, 3 sm. shrimp, 1/2 green beans; 1 spoon of banana pudding. NEXT!?!?!?! Deb
Hey girl stay away from the chocolate! Yesterday: B- 8 oz coffee, non dairy creamer, splenda bowl of s/f oatmeal L- 1 slice of whole wheat breat 1 slice american cheese S- 1 homemade corn bread Later 1 scoop of chocolate marshmellow ice cream D- 1 cup of homemade spaghetti & meat sauce S- natural almods and a few m&ms I had to stop myself I had a terrible day. 80 oz water and all my vitamins
