Someone had mentioned a website where you could get all kinds of different protein powder samples but I can't remember who posted it or where the website is. Can someone please tell this miguided person

One of the sites was Vitalady.com you can order samples and try them out. I have some unjury powders haven't used them yet. But I need to should I use milk or water with them?

Sure you can use milk with them. it will make them thicker and richer tasting. I use Better 'n skim from Weis Market. it's got 38% more protein in it and still fat free!!!!

You can also try Vitalady.com I liked her website best and got to try lots of different proeting samples.
