I like Aaron think I am also eating too much cheese, but it is easy and has protein but sometimes I do not feel to good because of it.  Yesterday B- yogurt S- 3 pb crackers L= Cottage cheese  S- SF jello, Dinner 1/2 of the inside of a baked potatoe with margerine (it was yummy!)  Did not get all my fluids in and have been bad with my liquid vitamins I just realized I missed them for a whole week.  It is because they make me gag. I tried the chewables from Bariatric Advantage and they make me .  I think I will try the flintsone gummies, I heard some people tolerate them.   If anyone has any ideas on the vits please let me know.   Thanks
