I had a good day until last night. I am paying for it this morning - still not settled but getting better. So yesterday, B - kaski w/skin milk; S - 2 strawberries; L - tilapia w/salsa; S - lite cheese stick; D - broiled crab cake. The bad stuff was that I nibbled on plain pecans. I think I might have had more than I realized because I am feeling really full this AM before B! Sigh! Why do I do these things. I have to get my head back on straight! Deb

Hey Debbie - Although I don't have any explanation for why you might still be feeling really full, I honestly don't see a problem with anything you ate. Plain pecans?  Um..........a MUCH better choice than plain M&M's, dontcha think? Don't beat yourself up!!  As long as you're only eating to the content point and not to overfill, you're doing fine!!!! Tia

Hey April - Thank God for South Beach, huh?  I LOVE their wraps for when I'm lazy and don't want to put together my own!!! It might sound gross to some, but I LOVE zucchini sauteed with olive oil, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese - heck, throw the chicken in there, too!!!   You'll find that after surgery, you'll become VERY creative!!! B - oatmeal L - 1/2 cup refried beans with a wedge of laughing cow D - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 7 crackers (I finally remember the brand...they are those Breton crackers.  they are reduced fat and sodium) and a wedge of laughing cow. I think I'm eating too much cheese....sometimes it doesn't feel too good.  but it's a quick meal when I don't have time to make anything. got all my vits in....most of my fluids (I'm about 20 ounces off in that area)
