For anyone that knows me, I always have my nose into a good book.  I am big into self help books, I think we all can learn about ourselves in many ways.  So  here is the book I have just started, it is GREAT.  Happiness NOW! by: Robert Holden, PH.D.   Hugs Kristen Happiness Now! By Robert Holden From the show How Happy Are You? 'Happiness Now!' by Robert Holden From The Publisher: How often do you find yourself using the phrase: "This is all too good to be true" or "All good things come to an end"? It is all too common a belief that in order to be happy you must earn, deserve, work and pay for it. Happiness is for tomorrow. Today is for well-behaved hardship, martyrdom and quiet desperation. With a combination of stories, exercises, meditations, poetry and prayer, Robert focuses on keys to emotional healing, true self-acceptance, relationships, inner confidence, and pure peace of mind. Challenging, helpful, visionary and practical, Happiness Now! shows how we can begin to enjoy the happiness we truly deserve.
AND HERE IS THE OTHER ONE I JUST FINISHED. Stop Whining, Start Living Dr. Laura Schlessinger agrees that there are things worth whining about! As she reveals in her introduction, "No matter what you've suffered or continue to. . . See more information in new window

hehehehhehee.....when you think about it, we are all living self-help books.  I, myself overcame drug and alcohol addiction and now in the battle of the bulge LOL  I've been in places where no one should have to go to finally realize what I was doing to myself and those close to me.  :)  My cup is usually half full.

Thanks for sharing the information about the two books.  I love self help books also.  They only  thing is I have trouble reading staying focused to read, so I usually listen to them in the vehicle on CD.  These two sound like really good ones.
