Good Book!
For anyone that knows me, I always have my nose into a good book. I am big into self help books, I think we all can learn about ourselves in many ways. So here is the book I have just started, it is GREAT. Happiness NOW! by: Robert Holden, PH.D.

hehehehhehee.....when you think about it, we are all living self-help books. I, myself overcame drug and alcohol addiction and now in the battle of the bulge LOL I've been in places where no one should have to go to finally realize what I was doing to myself and those close to me. :) My cup is usually half full.
