need some advice

ok. I'm scheduled for surgery on June 24th, one week from tomarrow. While I am excited and everything I'm trying to get prepared... you know do all the laundry and grocery shopping... first of all I was wondering which Protein Powder/ Suppliment you prefer to add to your food? And also any advice on what to do now.... you know what did you do to prepare? Any response is welcome. Thanks Victoria

Victoria First off congrats for making the choice of a life time.  Make sure you keep us posted.   I made sure I had everything I needed, water, protein and other fluids.  Get some chicken broth or make some homemade.  I did that cause that can stuff killed me.  I like the Muscle Milk protein, the light.  I cleaned my butt off and made sure everyone was happy.  Cause the next couple weeks was all about ME!  I did the last supper thing.  Make sure you make time for yourself and BREATH!  This is a crazy time and the emotions are high. Victoria,      Wow, only a week. Man, I am so excited for you. As you know, you are in great hands!  At gnc, they sell an isopure protein water. It comes in different flavors, and it is pricey $4 a bottle I believe, BUT it has 40 grams of protein in it. For those first couple days it is perfect. Kills 2 birds with 1 stone, liquids and protein. I did water mine down, as it was a bit too sweet.

Hey.... yeah I know... I'm starting to go a little crazy getting ready for this I mean 6 days... I didn't think this would ever happen and now.....  I'm not real big on the shake route but I did buy some light soy milk that I like and may just put extra unflavored protein in it. :/ I don't know... we'll see.
