The Feed Bag!!
I did add a bit of protein powder to the oatmeal. Thanks for being concerned. I'm trying to push the protein. I just can't get a lot of food down and my meals are usually just a couple of bites of one thing. I have a great plan to get all this protein down, fish, tuna, egg, etc and then my stomach doesn't like it.

I struggled some this weekend. I kept thinking about food. I gave in sometimes. It was not necessarily that what I ate was bad. It just was not scheduled. Also, no more Cool Whip Free for me! Anyway, I am back on track today. I found some individual containers of Chi-Chi's salsa in the store. This is perfect to take to work to put over fish! It is so convenient. Yes, I know it may be a little more expensive this way, but it works for me! So far today, Kaski w/Skim; Diet Hot Choc (It's cold in the office), and tilapia w/Salsa. Debbie
Okay... yesterday: B- SF oatmeal; S- 4 crackers and a slice of cheese; L: 3oz broiled crab cake, 1/4 baked potato, 1/2 c green beans, one wonderful Hush Puppy!; D - 2oz of Libbey's canned corned beef. ALL OF MY FLUIDS!!!!!!!! Yeah! I ahve discovered that hot decaf drinks work better for me right now! All my vits and meds. Today so far: egg mcMuffin with 1/4 of the muffin; 1/2 c yogurt w/ 4 strawberries and 10 peanut butter pretzels. Getting ready to eat lunch in a few. I have already had all of my fluids! (Still can't believe that!) All my vits and meds are done too! Deb

With everything going on I really having been eating all that great.
Yesterday:
B- 8 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda the 1 hour later
I had.....
1 large scrambled egg 1 sausage link and one small pancake with sugar free pancake syrup
L- 1 1/2 oz of Whole Natural Almonds & 1 slice of american cheese.
D- chicken leg & thigh 2 table spoons of shells and cheese
S- 1/2 of a moon pie..
about midnight I got hungry and had left over scramble egg and 1 sausage link....
I had 70 oz of water and all my vitamins
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

B-Atkins Protein Shake
L- Pot Roast w/ Carrots from the slow cooker YUM!!!!!
D- Steak Fajitas in low carb/whole wheat wraps
I felt like I overate yesterday but when I plugged what I ate into sparkpeople I only ate around 1000 cals!! So since I am pre-op I think that is pretty darn good!
