3 THINGS FOR THURSDAY!
1. My work buddies. Last night was my first night back in a month (I've been out due to having cellulitis in my leg) and they threw a small welcome back party and all they even took up a small collection for me since I didn't get paid for some of the time I was out. I feel blessed to work with such great people.
2. Summer fruits and veggies. It makes my pre-op diet so much easier to have great in season produce, including the yummy nectarines I picked up last night.
3. Good gossip. Not the malicious, hurtful type of gossip, but the fun, juicy kind of gossip that makes going to work more interesting. I had a ton to catch on last night and it made the night fly by!
Happy Thursday everyone!

No fooling .. my sister used to have a bumper sticker on her car that said ... I haven't been the same since that house fell on my sister (goes with your flying monkeys .. ) 1) That baby Gia is home and I pray on her way to a complete recovery with no more bumps in the road
2) Friends . both real and cyber. I have a g/f in Georgia that I met on the internet, it was like we had an instant connection and when we met in person last month I knew immediately who she was seeing her walking toward me, and I feel as if we are sisters born to different parents! She is a wonderful Christian lady (and you might wonder how she got mixed up wtih me . lol) and has been a wonderful source of support and prayer as I have shared about Baby Gia with her. 3) It's one day closer to the weekend, tho my projects here in the office are not progressing and I need another 3 days to catch up! I think we are headed to Towson this weekend (Saturday) to the Fire Museum of Maryland for a parade thing. There's a bull roast but I do not believe Mr Mo purchased tickets, so that is a no go. As far as I know we are not taking out truck, but will go see everything else. Have a wonderful Thursday! Hugs, Mo
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
