BABY GIA'S GOING HOME!

Cira just called; Gia's pediatrician wants them out of the hospital so Gia can't catch anything from any of the sick children in there.  Since she's on the upswing, they don't want to start a vicious cycle and have her end up back in there.  So they'll be headed home shortly. As far as test results, nothing yet, so Gia will go home on the HIV ****tail and be on that for the next 30 days. Cira will call me tonight and I'll post again in the a.m. I think they will ALL feel a lot better once they get home, so now, let's pray they can rest and heal - physically and mentally.  I know Cira feels like this isn't over yet, but she does know and appreciate that we're all behind them. I have been out of town & just read what happened to Gia.  I can not believe it!  Being in healthcare myself - I am shocked and disgusted about this incident. I will be sending many prayers to the family and for Gia.
