NO 3 THINGS FOR TODAY - BABY GIA UPDATE!
Sorry, I just can't think of anything this a.m. Cira called me about 9:30 last night, crying and totally freaked out and exhausted. At that time, they hadn't been able to get either an IV line or fluids into Baby Gia. They DID manage to get about a drop of spinal fluid to run the meningitis test on her, but the results won't be bac****il sometime late today. Cira has been trying to get Pedialyte into her with a syringe, but she immediately throws everything back up. When I spoke with her last night, Gino had gone to get her something to eat and drink and one of her older daughters is in town until Saturday, so she's staying with the little kids at the house. There's nothing any of us can do right now but pray, so do it, to whatever God you have. Beyond that, PLEASE don't call or text Cira - she needs to focus all that she has on Gia. She will keep me updated, and I, in turn, will keep you updated. Thanks, Tia
